In this webinar, we will present the Gendered Emergency Management Framework (GEM-F). This framework integrates sex, gender, equity, and trauma informed concepts across the emergency management continuum. Principles, practices, and guidance for gendered indicator development and exemplary initiatives, such as Gender and Disaster Australia, will be discussed. The GEM-F is relevant to policy makers, emergency management officials, public health professionals, researchers, NGOs, and community-based organizations.
