We have led numerous projects designed to promote systemic change concerning various forms of gender-based violence. Key examples of these projects include:

Collaboration with journalists and media professionals, men’s health groups, and violence prevention organizations to develop gender-transformative messages for the primary prevention of violence against women and girls. Learn more here.

Engagement with the Canadian Centre on Substance Use and AddictionWomen’s Shelters Canada, and the Justice Institute of BC, to co-develop materials and resources for first responders, and intimate partner violence (IPV) and substance use workers, based on a rapid review that examined the role of COVID-19 and substance use in IPV among women.
