A Public Health Approach to Substance Use Handbook

Researchers from the Centre of Excellence for Women’s Health worked in collaboration with the Canadian Public Health Association to create a handbook that describes the key principles of a public health approach to substance use. This handbook offers reflexive activities and can be used as a tool for facilitating cross-agency conversations and respectful and de-stigmatizing conversations about addressing substance use.
