Strong Women: Resources to Support Women with Intimate Partner Violence and Substance Use Concerns​

In this webinar, researchers from the Centre of Excellence for Women’s Health share key components of the Strong Women virtual support program (a workbook, curriculum, and facilitation resources) as well as findings from the testing of it in partnership with substance use and violence support programs across Canada.  Strong Women is a virtual social support group, designed to help anti-violence and substance use services better support women who have experienced both intimate partner violence and substance use concerns, encouraging their healing and recovery in an integrated way.
